I have a 4G LTE Jet pack MiFi6620L. My question is why when i'm connected and playing music thru Apple music, the music will play for a few seconds and then stop. I connected my phone to home wifi and it plays thru with no problems, but when i'm in the car with the jetpack, it plays intermittently. Any suggestions as to the problem?
Try this, login to the Jetpack and disable IPv6.
See page 79 of the User Guide “Turn on IPv6” - - Uncheck it and Save Settings.

You might have to experiment a little more and clarify the situations that you are comparing. Home WiFi vs VZW Jetpacks are two very separate systems. While both use WiFi to communicate with your phone or personal device the networks they connect to are very different. We would assume your home WiFi is connected to a traditional cable based ISP where as the VZW Jetpack is connected to VZWs towers in your area. What impacts one does not necessarily impact the other.
To isolate the problem what you need to do is look at one connection at a time. Since we cant necessarily help you with your home WiFi lets work on the Jetpack. Take the Jetpack and connect to your device/iTunes at home (inside). Then take the Jetpack and connect in the car/your drive way (outside). Then test the Jetpack on the road (in movement) and finally test it in another location (hopefully another tower). Notice the change in the environment as you move around and document what works well or doesn't. If the problem follows you around from location to location it might be a problem with the Jetpack. If the problem is only in one location then there might be something in that environment that is tampering with your performance.
