I have a Jetpack hotspot. I want to know if I can deactivate it online. I'm paying an extra $20 a month for it and I don't even use it. Please help.

No, you can't cancel a line of service on-line ... you have to either call Customer Service or visit a Corporate Verizon store. And if you're not aware ... if the jetpack is still under contract, you'll incur an Early Termination Fee for canceling early.
