Installing VZAccess Manager on Windows 7 Ent x64

I have a new AD3700 and during the installation process I get the following:

 

Installation failed.

Result Code - 1603

 

It seems that the driver is not getting installed. I am running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit edition. Is there a driver available for this modem? The installation CD says it's compatible with XP/Vista 32/64 bit editions.
