Hello out there --
My uncle has DSL at home but he also just purchased Verizon mobile broadband for when he travels for work. I'm the technology savvy one in the family so he just called me with a problem ... since he installed the card for the Verizon mobile broadband, he can't connect to his home DSL. Has anyone else had that problem? I know absolutely nothing about mobile broadband when it's used on a computer with another internet connection. Do you guys have any idea what could be causing him to get the message, "Device not identified"? I'm trying to fix this long-distance as he lives in another state. Otherwise, I'd just troubleshoot until it was fixed.
