Jet Pack Password Change

Need to change admin password but cannot find info on how to do it

Post your Jetpack model number so we can provide you with the specific steps.

Normally all you need to do is sign into the Jetpacks admin page by navigating to your default gateway in a web browser (should be 192.168.1.1).  From there sign in with your current admin password and search around for the advanced options area.  The option to change the admin password (if possible) should be in that area.

I've done that but I can't get to the point to change the password.

What do you mean you cant get to that point?  Where are you getting stuck?  Give us some details so we can figure out some suggestions.
