I can get my computer to see my jet pack and it asks me to put in the password that was provided but after that, it has me do trouble shooting since it wont connect. I have reset my wireless dongle to no success. Am I missing a step?
Is your pc running windows xp or vista by any chance?
I believe windows 7. I can connect wirelessly to my phone and my other home

Did you change any settings on the jetpack?
If you didn't, click on the "network" icon on the right bottom corner of the taskbar, select "Open Network and Sharing Center". A new window should pop up. On that window, on the left side, choose "Manage Wireless Networks" or something similar (I am not using win 7). That should bring all the wireless connections and their settings that are stored on your pc. Find your Jetpack, right click and select "remove" from the pop-up menu.
Now, try connecting to your jetpack again.
