Jetpack 4G lite

Just installed the Jetpack 4G lite on laptop.  Lights up when turned on, but  does not stay lit while on.   When Lite up when i hit the on/off button, is this normal or a malfunction?

We definitely want to make sure your awesome Jetpack is working properly, lindalouise. After you set up your Jetpack, have you been able to access the internet on your laptop? Does your laptop see the Jetpack's connection when the lights are off? Are you leaving the Jetpack plugged in while in use? Let's figure out which 4G LTE Jetpack you're using too so we can see what it's normal functions are. There's a model number printed either on the back of your device or under the battery (if removable). What does yours show?

Yes.

Jetpacks go into powersave mode after only a few moments of no use.  The screen will dim but the the device will continue to function.  When you want to see what is going on then tap the power button and the Jetpack should lightup again.
