Jetpack and iPad connected and 3 bars of 4G LTE coverage yet can't open web page or get email - no network?

I've checked and both the iPad and the Jetpack say they are connected to each other.  I'm showing at least 3 bars of 4G LTE coverage, but can't get email to load - "pop.verizon.net" server not responding - and web pages never load.  What's wrong?  I also can't look at Data on the Jetpack it refreshing fails.

Which Jetpack?

Did you reset the Jetpack?

Did you delete the existing Jetpack profile on the iPad and reconnect to the Jetpack?

What is the iPad’s IP address from the Jetpack?

Can you ping google.com?

You may be connected to the Jetpacks WiFi network but it doesn't sound like the Jetpack itself is allowing you out onto the VZW network/internet. Id start with a simple SIM card reset and see if you can clear up the authentication issues.

SIM card reset:

1. Power down the Jetpack

2. Remove the back cover

3. Remove the battery

4. Remove the SIM card

5. Let the device sit disassembled for 60 seconds

6. Reassemble and try again
