so i was messing with dun, and accidentally subscribed to the plan. and i cant take it off. i dont want to call them because my dad will be **bleep**.. please help!
You will need to contact Customer Service to have the feature removed. You can contact them by phone or by visiting the "contact us" link at the top of the Verizon Wireless website. Are you listed on your Father's account? If not, unfortunately they will ask to speak with your Father to verify the feature needs to be removed. Just explain to him that it was an accident... atleast you are trying to resolve it before there's a surprise on the bill.
