Limited or No Connectivity XP Home Wireless card

My MIFI 4620L Jetpack works fine, I have 2 other Laptops(Mac) that connect to it just fine.  But I cannot get my Compaq Presario V3000 XP Home to connect I keep getting Limited or no Connectivity, or it keeps asking me for a certificate, I have changed almost every setting in the wireless card properties.  Can any one help.
