MIFI 2000 is in roam since I upgraded to share everything data on sunday.  how do I fix this?

Hi joybell62,

Sorry about the issue you have been experiencing with your MiFi 2200. Let's get this issue resolved. If the LED indicator is not correct, we can complete a reset on the device. To complete the reset, follow these steps.

1. Place one end of an unfolded paper clip in the master reset button hole. (Master reset button is located on the back of the device when you remove the battery).
2. Press the paper clip on the button until the Service Status LED blinks green one full blink and then a very brief blink (about five seconds).

You will have to reactivate the device. Here are the steps to activate the MiFi 2200 after the reset http://bit.ly/M5a2Kw.
