MIFI is going through roughly 2 mb a minutes. I need to replace the mifi with a newer version and would like recommendations. Data usage was not a problem when the device was newer, now I am going over almost monthly and I haven't changed my use. Basic, email, facebook - no downloading. Had my computer checked out thinking perhaps that was the issue. It's clean, auto downloading shut off, set as metered connection etc. Thanks

I'm sorry to learn about this increase in usage that you are seeing. Which MiFi model are you currently using? Have you verified that the software is up to date?

MiFi is a trademarked name for a family of mobile hotspot products manufactured by Novatel. You will have to be more specific about your model if you want a suggestion on what to try next.
