I am in Europe and my MiFi is supposed to work anywhere in Europe. It says that it's got full reception but isn't functioning. Is there an additional pass code or something? I'm not able to communicate with family and do my homework as planned and explained to the person who sold me the device.
I apologize if you were given information stating that the MiFi unit would work in Europe (which uses GSM technology). The MiFi device is a CDMA All-Digital, 1X/EV-DO (800/1900 MHz) device which does not support the use of SIM cards, thus cannot support GSM technology (850/900/1800/1900 mHz).
