Mifi 4620L loses internet connection as soon as a device connects to it

The mifi will connect to the internet and sit in a "Ready" state, but once a device connects to it, it'll start an endless loop of disconnecting and trying to reconnect.

I've tried resetting, removing the SIM, disabling IPv6, cycling power, and still no luck.

Firmware is updated to 3.30.13

Sounds like the Jetpack is defective.  If you are still covered under the one year warranty then contact VZW for replacement options.  They should be able to quickly troubleshoot and offer you your choices.
