Which Jetpack? What troubleshooting steps? How many computers are you talking about? Tell us about one of the computers, what operating system is it and does it have a Wi-Fi adapter and is it working? Have you reset the Jetpack to factory defaults and can the computers use it then?

Pantech MHS291LVW Verizon 4G LTE JetPack Mobile WiFi |
I have a 1.5 year old HP Windows 8 -it has a Wifi adapter I am able to manually add and see the Pantech under the list of known Wifi networks but it does not come up as an option to connect to. My Samsung 3 Droid picks up the Wifi and my sons I phone sees it too.
I reset and it still cannot see it. From: 7e18n1 <forums@verizonwireless.com>

Being able to get that connection is imperative for you gwaz. Let's get you back online. How long has this been happening with your computer not seeing the network? Are your phones and other devices able to connect to the hotspot without any errors? Have you been able to connect to this computer or other computers previously?

Thanks for that information! If you have used the reset button to rest the 291L Jetpack, this it is a Windows issue. One of the Windows Forums would be a better place for help. Never the less:
Open an elevated Command Prompt (Administrator). Type the following:
netsh wlan show profiles
If your Jetpack is listed then delete it:
netsh wlan delete profile name="ProfileName"
Substitute “ProfileName” with the exact profile name of your Jetpack as listed.
Once deleted type:
netsh wlan show profiles
To verify it is no longer listed. Then Exit the Command Prompt. “Turn off” the computer and restart it. Open an elevated Command Prompt and verify the profile is still gone with the above command. Exit back to Windows and try to connect to your Jetpack – it should create a new profile, allow you to enter the Wi-Fi Password and connect.
