My Jetpack says I have no GB but I know my data was at 18 GB now they are gone.

I was online yesterday and saw that I had used about 11.4 GB on my Jetpack but today when I check the data usage its says I have used 0.00 GB of 0.00 GB and my cycle end date has nothing...help?!

Do the usual things, power off the Jetpack, remove and reinstall the battery (it may not be removable) and SIM Card. Also, push and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the device. If all else fails, call Customer Service (800) 922-0204.
