i can connect multiple devices if they are phones, but it will not connect to a laptop. my laptop doesnt see it to even attempt connection. we have tried several laptops, but none will connect
If your laptop cannot see the SSID broadcasting from the Jetpack then perhaps the Jetpack is broadcasting on the wrong technology. WiFi comes in 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz and some devices can only see one. Hence if your laptop is looking for 2.4 Ghz networks but the Jetpack is broadcasting at 5.0 Ghz then it wont be able to connect. The solution would then be to reconfigure the Jetpack down to 2.4 Ghz or get a new adapter for your laptop that can see 5.0 Ghz.
Try to confirm what kind of wireless adapters you have on your laptop and compare it to the signal coming from your Jetpack.
