My Snow leapord, VZ using a UBS 720 Transition

I am using OS-X 10.6.1 on a 13" unibody macbook. I use a VZ USB 720 modem with the 4.2.2 (the latest version) software on the below link.

Seems VZaccess manager menu bar were one checks for updates doesn't work IMHO. I was using a 4.0.1 build and it said I was using the latest software which was WRONG. I downloaded the 4.2.2 version and all is working fine. I  don't know but it seems to get a stronger signal using the laetest 4.2.2 version.
