Navy Federal banking website is blocked

Why is Navy Federal Bank blocked? Getting this message in all browsers and the App isn't working either:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.navyfederal.org/?" on this server.

Both work when connected to WiFi internet. On Verizon 4G or 3G it says blocked.

Have you called Verizon Customer Services at 800-922-0204 or *611 to report this?  Could be a DNS Server issue where the VZW network server(s) have a corrupted database.

https://www.navyfederal.org worked fine for me using Chrome.  Maybe your browser isn't switching to secured http.

I know how important it is to make sure that you have access to all of your accounts. Which browser are you using? Has this ever happened before with this site? Are you getting this error after logging into your personal account?
