Need help with Samsung SCH-LC11 device and have questions.

Hello everyone. I bought a 4G LTE SCH-LC11 device yesterday and I have a few questions.

I'm not so sure I got the installation of the device correct. Right now I am getting an "error occured trying to retrieve data from the server. Please try again in a few minutes. Error Code: Internal server error" that keeps toggling of and on as I type this post and I keep getting a SECURITY WARNING window when I go from one page to another. Please help.
