I have an Asus eee pc running windows 7. I am trying to use the usb 760. I download vz access manager and try to set up modem, its says "no device detected"
I have removed, re booted, unplugged, been to IT, been to verizon store, etc. Nothing works. I have read tons of problems but no solutions. HELP
this is not an ipda or tablet. its just a small clamshell laptop. i had the same exact computer until i dropped it so i just got another one. and the usb worked on that for 2 yrs.
Rdaleo5, thanks for posting. I can understand your need to be connected. The issue that you are facing sounds like the problem is with the device and not the computer. Can you plug in the usb 760 into another computer, is it recognizable? Can you plug an mp3 player or camera into your usb port on the computer? Does it recoginize? Please give more details. I would love to help.
