I received my Netbook yesterday and so far am very pleased with the purchase. I'm already starting to write some new web applications which will allow me to do some performance monitoring of my office computer systems via the Netbook's internet access and browser.
I know this thing has the web cam. And it also has the built-in microphone. But what I can't figure out is if they loaded any software at the factory which can access the webcam. So far I can't find anything. Anyone else out there that might know a bit more about this? Will it only be available if I use a connection service like Skype???
I wondered about this also, but I read somewhere that the webcam works with 3rd party programs like IM apps and has no software of its own.
