Netbook questions

I am thinking of ditching my Verizon DSL for my desktop computer and going with the Netbook offer, but I have a few questions.

1: Will I need to buy/lease additional equipement?

2: I mainly enjoy surfing, playing fantasy sports and playing causal games at night. Will the netbook support these activities?

3: If you have the netbook on are you always connected to the internet? Or can you play games that you have bought and downloaded without being connected to the internet?

Thanks in advance for your help.

The netbook has a built in wireless broadband modem and you will be required to purchase a data plan with it (either 250mb or 5gb plan).  With the netbook, you can connect to the internet via a wireless hotspot (such as a coffee shop or home router) or through the VZAccess Manager program.  When you're not connected through VZAM, you shouldn't incur any data usage that Verizon will care about.

I would just be mindful of your usage and keep a close eye on it through My Verizon.
