Network Coverage Extender w/o Broadband access

Does anyone know of a product that I can use to boost signal indoors? I do not have broadband coverage available in the complex. Full signal outside, but buildings are metal and goes to zero inside.

Personally I know that the Zboost hardly made reception any better at all.  The Network Extender has been the best, but you do have to have a High Speed Internet for it to work.
