***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Network Extender Range

I have had the Network Extender for about 3 months now as I need to have a high quality signal since I use my cell phone for my primary business line.  The NE is located in my office about 6 ft from a window.   The range in my office obviously is good but is pretty poor throughout the rest of my single story house.  To make matters worse when I enter my house or leave while on a call more often than not my call is dropped.


Any thoughts on how I can improve the range of the NE?  My phone is a Samsung Omnia 2 if that matters (my wife has the same phone model and has issues as well).
