My network extender seems to work fine until I leave the house. Instead of transitioning to the local cell tower it drops the call. Is there something I need to do to makr that transition without dropping the call?
brybil, I wanted to make sure you were getting all your benefits out the network extender. This device must plug into an existing high speed internet connection to communicate with our network. Are you trying to use it on the go when you're not inside of a building or home?

I am using it inside my house and it works fine. But when I am on a call
and I leave the house instead of uninterrupted transition to a local cell
tower as advertised it drops the call.

brybil,
Let's see if we can get to the bottom of it. Could you share with us what model phone you are having the trouble with? Prior to using the network extender, how was your signal outside of your home? What zipcode are you in?

Thanks Brian.
My phone is a Motorola Droid Razr but it is the same on my wife's IPhone 5
so I don't think it's the phone.
My zip code is 19086. Before the extender my service was fine outside the
house and even in most locations inside the house. In some rooms inside
the house I would not get good reception before the extender but the calls
would go through so there is a signal even in those rooms just not a strong
one.
