I have just purchased a Network Extender and I understand that I am supposed to be able to manage it online via the My Services tab on my My Verizon page. It is not there. Am I supposed to contact Verizon? I am the registered owner and the primary account holder. What happened? Any help would be appreciated.
In your My Verizon account n the Home page click on My Services an on the right hand side you should see Network Extender. If its not there, then you will need to visit the 'contact us' link and have a trouble ticket opened for your issue account.
