My NE is flashing red on the SYS light and purple on GPS light and i can't make a call to get help and i cant chat with anybody to get help because it wont let me chat...Very frustrated right now
ashydl, service when you need it most is what we strive for! The flashing red indicators and magenta means that the system is not communicating on the router. Have you tried rebooting the device? Disconnect the power cord from the outlet for 30 seconds. Re-connect the power cord and allow 20 minutes for the Extender to do a complete startup. Keep us posted if there is a change!
