Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. when I turn the extender off , my phones show no service :smileysad: is that supposed 2 happen?

How many bars do you have when the network extender is active

I have all 6 bars when its on , & usually 3 to 4 when its off

Thank you TBhouston for attempting to provide assistance. It is very much appreciated.

 

mariismari, are you having any service issues?  Typically, a network extender isn't needed when you have 2-3 bars of service on your device. After you turn off the Network Extender, try powering off your phone and power it back up to see if that resets the device.
