In the past 4 days I have had to call Verizon tech support 4 times and have them set my network extender to manage and add the managed numbers. Each time this gets done the Verizon server where the settings live reopens the extender and blows away the managed numbers previously added. Does anyone know why Verizon's server won't retain the settings? Additionally, the web page for managing the extender is hosed. Any comments about that?
