New PC with broadband access built in - existing VZ user

I recently received a laptop (Lenovo) with built in broadband access (VZ).  I have an existing account with VZ.  How do I connect using the existing phone number.   I had a PC card for the old computer.

this is just a guess, and based on my very LIMITED knowledge of this stuff ( I have a MiFi), but I think you need to call Verizon to have them walk u through getting the hardware activated.  I know all MiFi cards have to be activated.  Give them a call.

You just need to change the ESN on your account to the new embedded card. You can do this online. To get the ESN, launch VZ AccessManager on your computer, then I believe it is help, then about. That should be all you need to do.
