I have a new BDP-S360 BD player. It is "BD live" capable but not wifi capable, and uses the connection to also update firmware.
I have Verizon's all in one package (phone, internet, television) with DirecTV HD. The computer, DSL modem, and DTV HD are within a few feet of each other.
How do I get my BD player with a LAN(100) input jack to hook into my current DSL modem (6100G) so my DTV HD, BD player, and Internet can all share the connection?
Do I need a different DSL router other than the one supplied by Verizon? Will they send me a different one in place of this?
I'm a tad confused. I wasn't expecting to have another piece of equipment that needed internet access.
Thanks.
Merry Christmas!
