Hi,
I just moved into long island, but our house seemed to have cell service in every direction but near our house. We bought a samsung network extender, plugged it in, and we keep getting a Fast blinking red sys light and a solid magenta GPS light. I have opened up the four ports 500, 4500, 53 and 52428 but nothing has worked for all of today. All of us need phones for business but nothing seems to be working, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Red sys lights usually mean a registration problem with your SIM card. Solid magenta GPS light confirms there is a failure in the connection. VZW should be able to clear it up for you by either registering you or sending you a replacement SIM.
