No GPS lock, please help?

I bought this extender and am getting Power and WAN. GPS is solid purple and SYS is fast-blink red. Have powered off/on 10+ times, put GPS extender outside of my house, etc. No luck. There is no cell reception inside my house, which is why I bought this - so I wouldn't have to stand on back porch in New England winter to make a phone call.

Suggestions?

If the GPS LED is solid magenta while the SYS LED is blinking red then there is a failure condition.

Contact VZW for replacement or warranty support options. They may have to send you a new one.

We always want for you to have the coverage you need at home. Let’s make sure we get the network extender to work as it should. Have you ever been able to use the network extender? I see that John Getzke has provided you with the user guide. Were you able to take a look at that? Also, please have your home internet provider check the ports.
