I have the Verizon Wireless USB760 Modem.
The past few days I have received this message:
It appears that you are not currenntly signed up for service. If you are a prepaid mobile broadband customer your seesion may have expired.
Then it asks if I want to sign up and when I say np, it goes away. Lord knows, it continues to charge me for my usage whether it thinks I am a customer or not.
It's just aggratating as I have to sign into myVersion to check my usage.
Does anyone know why I am getting this?
Thanks,
Carolyn

Please follow these steps:
- Launch VZ Access Manager
- From the top menu, navigate Tools > Preferences
- From the "Get Access" tab, ensure the desired preference (Monthly post pay account) is selected, then click "OK".

Wish I knew. I'm getting the same message at least once a day.

Wish I knew. I'm getting the same message at least once a day. VZAccess Manager's minimized window expands to full size randomly also. That is real irritating as well. Being online is no longer fun.

What OS do you have?
have you tried to delete the modem drivers and software etc....then re-install everything?
maybe a virus is messing with your system..
sometimes unplug the modem and plug it back in fix's some problems(might have to do this multiple times)
hopefully a verizon tech will reply to resolve your problem.

OS is XP sp3. I have deleted drivers & uninstalled software. Run AVG & Zone Alarm and no virus is indicated. Modem was unpluged when VZAccess manager reinstalled. I have been living with this for a while now. My only alternative to Verizon 3G is Satelite as there is no cable or DSL here yet. 4G is as likely as DSL out here in the country. Thanks

I followed that as far as the Get Access Tab. Then I get a sign in page and that does not work. When I try to sign in, the message I get is that this page is not available. I am dead ended there. Now what?
