I have a customer who is currently using the Verizon Novatel USB760 modem and VZAccess Manager 7.6.0.0 (2495t). When the system administrator logs she sees Upload speeds of 1.10 Mbps and Down Load speeds of 2.72. If a user (without admin rights) logs in they see upload speeds around 259.72Kbps and download speeds around 590.89. We are trying to narrow down what might be the root cause(s) of this. The laptop is a Dell Latitude E6510 and we are aware of no widespread issues with the laptop model and any verizon modems.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
