one laptop accesses internet, the other one will not seem to accept the security code.What am I not doing? Does each laptop need a different security code? Thanks

The WiFi password for your Jetpack should be the same for all your connected devices. If one of your machines cannot access the internet then you may have mistyped the password. Delete the wireless profile you created on that machine for the Jetpack and try again.
