One of five computers can't surf internet

I have the UM175 plugged into a mobile broadband router (Cradlepoint MBR1000) and 4 of 5 of our computers communicate fine.  Two are running XP HE, two are running Vista 32.  The errant one is an IBM Tablet PC with XP Pro.  The Tablet PC can connect at any other hotspot we go to but with the UM175 it can't see the internet.  It can access the internal network (other PCs, shared printers, files, etc.) but any web browsing come up with failure to load page.  We previously tried the MiFi2200 and had the same results.  The Table PC couldn't surf.  Any ideas on what could cause this?
