Open NAT with DW5800 4G (LTE-3G) Mobile Broadband Mini-Card Network Adapter, is it possible?

I have a built in Verizon network card in my computer (DW5800) and I was wondering if it was possilble to use ICS to connect to xbox live while having an open NAT.  Opening the NAT is tricky so I was wondering what would be the best way to ensure a guaranteed open NAT.
