Is it only my brand new mifi jetpack that is so difficult to open? I had to resort to firmly using a screwdriver to open the back. Using one's fingernail (yes, that is in the directions) is just BAD designing Verizon.
Are we talking about the Novatel MiFi 4510L Jetpack here? I've never had to resort to a screwdriver when removing the back cover. Should be a simple push of the release button while sliding the door back.
