I have been getting calls regarding the issues below:
* Sometimes the user can only type 2 characters when they try to connect to VPN.
* Placing an order within Topaz software by trying to put in quantity numbers, but the cursor jumps around.
* Typing an email the cursor moves/jumps and they always have to click back where it left off (they say it’s very time consuming and annoying)
This all started when we upgraded to the new Pantech UML290 cards. The settings I did for VZAccess Manager(7.7.7.0(2767c) are below:
1. * Set it to LAN Adaptor * Unchecked “Show Data Usage” (this has helped some)
Any ideas of the potential root issue here? Thanks!

Hey Brette2. I am sorry that the Pantech UML290 is giving you so many issues. We absolutely want to take a closer look at what is going on so that you can experience the service that you deserve.
Which operating system are you using? I'm not too familiar with the Topazs software, have you reached out to their support team?
We absolutely don't want your users experience to be annoying. Once we know the operating system they use we can continue to assist.

I'm also having trouble with the UML290. Running Windows 7 and think I've tried every fix that I've seen posted with no luck. My issues is having to make multiple attempts to connect. It usually takes around 7 connects before it hooks up. Today it was 17 before I had a stable connection. After I get connected, it seems to be relatively stable unless I disconnect and try it again. Then I start all over again. If it stalls out sometimes I have to unplug it, put it back in and let Access Manager detect it again. Another modem? Another service? I'm afraid one of these days it won't connect at all.
