Per minute??!! on Wi-Fi hot spot?
FranklyClueless

Okay, so I was clueless when purchasing a whole new set-up for our shop. I've been on dial up with a top speed of 21.6 for seven years (you can quit laughing now). So Verizon was having a 'special' when I went into Best Buy...and I bought it. Of course, not knowing exactly what to ask the salesperson (I think he saw me coming) I bought the FIVESPOT 3G Wireless device. We just received our bill and noticed under the "MOBILE BROADBAND 3GB" heading of our 'Calling Plan' (did I buy a phone? I think not.) that it's $35.00 monthly aaccess charge AND .25 cents per minute. Excuse me? I'm paying for data AND per minute online? Someone please explain...I have little doubt we will be paying the ETF of $175.00 (I'm thinking this is how they make a lot of their money). Why can't they just tell you the TRUTH....I spent over an hour with the salesperson and feel I was totally suckered...I'll take half the blame, but someone at Best Buy will be hearing the other half. And WHERE IN THE HELL is a PHONE NUMBER that I can CALL Verizon directly? No where can I find one on my bill or on this website....please help.:womanmad:
