Poor survice

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I just "upgraded" to a new MiFi card and my usage suddenly went up 5 times what it was before.  I have not changed anything I do but the meter has gone crazy.  I have called tech support and they say that there is nothing unsual about this. I have the  5GB plan and according to Verizon I used 2100 MB in three days.  At that rate I will use 21,000 MB in a month.  I can't even count how much money that wil be.  Verizon is starting to act like the only game in town and has little regaurd for their customer's problems.

Do you have a password set up on your device? I suggest if not, to add a password so no one else can use your connection. To add a password to your connection follow the directions below.

Available on the Security sub-menu ,the Password screen allows you to change the password which you used to login to this Web-based interface.

  1. Enter the current password into the “Current Password” field.
  2. Enter the new password into the “New Password” field, using only letters, numbers, and standard punctuation symbols. The password must be at least 4 characters long.
  3. Verify the new password by re-entering it in the “Verify New Password” field.
  4. Click “Apply” to save your changes.
