Port forwarding my MHS291LVW for http

tried checking the http and adding the local ip ( 192.168.1.131 ) after the restart internet port checkers still say its closed. did i miss a step or what have i done wrong

Port forwarding isn't available with the NAT firewall and private IP address Verizon Wireless uses for their 4G wireless broadband devices.

Yup, all custom port forwarding will be blocked by VZW.  You need to either setup a VPN or purchase a static IP address from VZW for $500.00 to gain the functionality that you want.
