I have been using the Samsung network extender for about 5 months without a problem. Two days ago, the GPS light turned solid red, and the System light started blinking red. I have restarted the extender and also tried it in a different location. Please help - I have no cell phone service.
Red lights are not good. I would normally suggest traveling to a covered area and contacting VZW phone support to review your replacement options. However you could try your luck with VZW chat too. Just make sure to have the information for your VZW NE readily available when you contact them. The most likely will need the phone number for the account along with the MAC ID of the NE.
