So many of us are having the same problem. When I review the logs on Quicklink Mobile software I see a "Disconnected by Peer (#266) every 11 min 59 sec." I live less than a mile from a Verizon tower, it is not a signal problem. Just like everyone else I had my modem before the switch. My problems started soon after the change over. Tech will not help or cannot help. How about some help Verizon!
