SCH-LC11 Issues

Had for about 10 days now. Have 2 win 7 laptops(32 and 64 bit),(ultimate and home) and an Android tablet

CAN NOT get the windows 7 machines connected at same time. Never been any issues with Android.

About 3 hours on phone with VZW tech(over two days), no solution or answer yet.

Have done the hard reset of the LC11, to no avail. Matters not which laptop is on, the other will not connect.

Breakout and Revolution will connect.

I have two days left(before my 14 days are up).

Directv was in and tried to access the LC11, could not. Thier media rendering is still active, but blocked on both laptops.

Any ideas, as I like the LC11, but must let it go soon if not resolved.

PS  Speeds NEVER been as advertised, and in good, green $g area.

I had the same issues with 3 differnt LC11s.  Coodn't connect a phone and a laptop at the same time.  They finally agreed to swap it out with the 4510L and haven't had an issue since.  I suggest you return it for a 4510.

My problem, if I understand you correcdtly, is I have 3 laptops needing internet access at home.

regardless of the what devices or how many, the LC11 sucks and you should exchange it.

Does the 4510L monthly data plan run about same as LC11.?

Sure.  why wouldn't it?

Returned for credit today to VZW . No problem, even let me keep rebate previously applied for, tells me they know of some issues.
