SIM Failure contact your service provider?

I have a newly purchased Dell E6420 with the DW5800 4G (LTE-3G) Mobilebroadband card embedded. I downloaded and installed the VZ Access Manager  Version which applies to the installed card.

While activating I am getting a SIM Failure contact your service provider. Help....
