Signed modem drivers for Vista X64

Does anyone know when Verizon will decide to release signed modem drivers (I have the 740) for Vista (I am running Vista X64 and Windows 7 X64)? I can get the modem working by disabling the signed driver checking feature of Vista, however, it is a simple process for the vender to sign the drivers so that we do not have to disable functionality in Vista (and Windows 7). Driver signing has been a requirement with Vista since day one.
