It says in the manual that BroadbandAccess download speeds 'typically has speeds around 600 - 800 kb/s', and that is what my family is paying for, but, it normally has the speed of NationalAccess, 80kp/s, sometimes even 10 kb/s. It has bursts of 400 kb/s and higher, but during late night and early morning sessions. What is going on? I normally have 2-3 wirless indication or whatever bars on my VZAccess Manager software, but it still runs slow.
